Easter egg hunt

This year for Easter I took the girls to the Orem egg hunt. Our friend Kathleen came with us because Charlie had class. Ashlyn insisted that she wanted to be the Easter bunny! They had fun.

First Triathlon ever!

We did it! Charlie has been trying to get in shape. Thanks to Angeline and his friend Jeff, we decided to aim for a triathlon. Our friend Taylor Ball did it with us. It was a lot of fun and there was a lot of satisfaction in completing something like that. We are already to do another race. Just not anytime soon. The race was a 5k run the a 10 mile bike ride and then 350m swim to finish it off. Charlie finished in 1:12 Angeline did it 1:22.

Ashlyn Is 4

We had a big birthday party for Ashlyn. She was spoiled and had two parties. She had a party with friends and a party with friends. She got tons of new toys and ate to much junk. She even turned down candy and dessert that night. She had a great time with all of her preschool and church friends at the party. The we had a big family party at the church and watched movies. It was bad weather and we needed a place to fit everyone. It was a fun night. It is hard to believe that she is 4 years old!
